In 2027 we're bringing some awesome camping solutions back to the Riverside Camping Grounds for TCMF.
You can book individual items for our large range, or get a package to suit your style: Tent Village or Glamping.
Our pre-pitch service means you simply turn up, and everything will be set up ready for you. Then, you leave it for us to pack up at the end of your stay! We'll confirm your tent location at least 2 hours before your check-in time and email directions so you can locate your tent.
You can also get power and/or air conditioning with Pre-pitch packages and Airpole tents!
Our communal tent is a great way to escape the sun, providing shade and airflow. Chairs, tables, and other items you'll use at your tent or in the communal space can be booked below.

Payment Options
There are a variety of payment options available for all bookings over $500.
Payment plans can include installment and layby options. Just give us a call and we'll figure out what's best for you.

- Call us, and we'll take your booking over the phone.
- Pay 10% deposit (minimum) of the order up front. The deposit amount (10%) is non-refundable.
- Organise monthly automatic payments.
- Call us any time to make extra payments.
- All payment plans must be paid in full by the 14th of December 2026. Your card will automatically be charged if there is an outstanding balance to be paid at that date.

Do I need to set-up my own camping gear?
No, we set up what you've hired for you!
IS THE RIVERSIDE CAMPGROUND FAMILY FRIENDLY?
Yes! The Riverside Campground is designed for all ages. So bring along your family or your friends!
What does 'quantity' refer to when I'm booking my package?
When you order, the quantity is the number of packages you're ordering. For example, the 2-person Glamping package sleeps 2 people. If you order 2x 2-person Glamping packages, you've ordered 2 Glamping tents, which will sleep a total of 4 people.
Where is the campsite located?
Around sporting fields alongside the Peel River. The main entrance is on Carter St, with a secondary entrance on Plain Street. See this map of the camping grounds. We are likely to be on the eastern edge of area 8.
How far is the festival site?
The Riverside Campground is a few minutes walk from Toyota Park and the CBD. So it's close to everything you want to access!
Where can I park?
You can park within the Riverside Campground, close to or alongside your tent. Your hire includes one car per tent.
I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE TENTS, ARE THESE EXACTLY WHAT WILL BE AT TAMWORTH WHEN I ARRIVE?
The images on this site represent what will be at Tamworth but are not necessarily the exact tents that will be at the festival. The images include an accurate representation of what each package will include, except for the Glamping packages, some of which include extra items.
What amenities are included?
Access to toilets and showers is included in every package.
Please note that whilst the entrances are manned while they're in operation, there isn't security throughout the campground. Padlocks are available on Tent Village and Glamping packages.

CAN I do a PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes! To help you out, we can set up a payment plan on all bookings above $500: see the information here. Note that Early Bird discounts aren't available on payment plans.
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Sometimes things happen which mean you can't make it to the festival anymore. It's sad, but we understand. If this happens, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. The following refunds apply:
- Until 14/12/2026 - 95%
- Between 14/12/2026 and 7/1/2027 - 70%
- After 7/1/2027 - 0% as we'll already have incurred all associated costs
Is a bond required for my Booking?
No, we don’t require a bond. Just that you look after the gear!
Is there a processing and handling fee?
Who likes processing and handling fees? We don't! When you check out your cart, enter your credit card details, and you'll only be charged the amount shown in the cart.
WHAT TIME DO I CHECK IN/OUT?
Check-in is from 2pm on the start date of your booking, and checkout is by 10am on the end date of your booking.
How does early bird work?
For a limited time we're offering a 10% Early Bird discount - just add the code "EBTCMF2027!" at checkout and the discount will be applied. Please note that Early Bird discounts don't apply if there's a payment plan in place.
I'm coming with friends and would like to camp near them - how can i make sure we're close to each other?
Please make sure that your tents are on the same booking. Our team will do their best to have you situated close to each other - keep in mind that logistics can make this more challenging, particularly if you're booking different types of tents/packages etc.
Where exactly within the riverside campground will we be?
Unfortunately we won't know precisely until close to the festival, but you'll receive clear directions in your email prior to arrival. We are likely to be positioned in area 8.
If I Build My Own hire, can I bring my own tent?
No, you'll need to hire one of our tents as part of your booking. We don't have a Hire Stall at TCMF, all bookings are pre-pitched by the onsite team. That way you can just rock up and relax!
If I Build My Own hire, can I pick up the items and take them to another campsite?
No, we don't have a Hire Stall at TCMF. If you are building your own hire, you'll be set-up in our designated area of the camping grounds. As the campsite fee included in your booking is for this area only.
