Wallaroo Camping Hire can help make your event a success by offering an all-inclusive accommodation service. We'll work with your event organisers to tailor packages to suit your needs. We offer a range of camping, glamping, and hiking gear, depending on your event and needs! For many events, we offer a range of camping and glamping packages so your attendees can choose what works best for them. Check out Book Online to see the types of gear we have on offer.

We'll set up your gear bookings through our website, so you don't have to worry about a thing! These will be on a page dedicated to your event and will provide attendees with information about what we offer, how to book, and answer any FAQs they might have. Depending on how far off your event is, we can offer several payment types for attendees, including deposits, payment plans and full payment.
Set-up and Pack-up Service
We deliver gear to your event location and can set everything up before your attendees arrive, so they can go straight to relaxing and enjoying your event. We also pack up all the gear, so attendees don't have to worry about a thing!
Site management
We offer site management and a Wallaroo employee on-site at all times. They'll be contactable by phone in case anything goes awry (such as weather or damage to a tent), and will ensure your campsite is kept tidy and safe. All Wallaroo team members have a Working with Children Check.
Communal Areas
We can set up a communal area at your event. We have shelters available in a range of sizes and layouts to suit different numbers of attendees. You can fit out the shelter yourself, or we can supply items based on your needs, such as tables and chairs, couches, mirrors, hot water, a microwave, a fridge, power for charging phones, and card and board games.
What we need from you
First, we'll confirm what you need from us and what you want included in your package. From there, we organise everything so you don't need to worry! All we'll need from you is to advertise your dedicated event booking page on our site, so attendees know where to book!
