The conditions of hiring equipment from Wallaroo Camping Hire are as follows:
Hire gear must be returned or ready for pick up on time as agreed between the customer and Wallaroo Camping Hire. If the gear is returned late or is not able to be picked up at the agreed time, additional charges apply: an additional 5% per day (of the originally order amount) + the cost of the additional nights hire.
If you request to extend your hire and return later than initially expected, we will accommodate this where possible. Should this be the case, only the cost of the additional nights hire will be charged.
While all due care is taken when preparing hire gear, I acknowledge that minor issues can occur with equipment which is not the fault of Wallaroo Camping Hire.
It can be expected that any equipment returned in a state of disrepair due to negligence will be paid for by the customer.
We understand camping gear can get wet and dirty, however, if gear is found dirty past reasonable expectations, a cleaning fee may apply.
I, the customer, give permission for payment to be processed from my credit/debit card as required per this agreement after contact has been attempted.
