Port fairy folk festival 2027!

After our trial in 2026, we're bringing some awesome camping solutions to the Port Fairy Showgrounds for 2027.
Adding to the excitement of the 50th-year celebrations,  we'll have a full range of Tent Village and Glamping packages available!

Our pre-pitch service means you simply turn up, and everything will be set up ready for you. Then, you leave it for us to pack up at the end of your stay! We'll confirm your tent location at least 2 hours before your check-in time and email directions so you can locate your tent.
You'll still need to check in on-site to get your wristband and any info needed.

To make your trip as cost-effective as possible, we've built in the entry fee to the Port Fairy Showgrounds Camping Grounds. Please note, the Showground terms and conditions still apply to your entry and stay in the campground.

​Payment Options

There are a variety of payment options available for all bookings over $500.
Payment plans can include installment and layby options. Just give us a call and we'll figure out what's best for you.
How they work:
  • Call us, and we'll take your booking over the phone.
  • Pay 10% deposit (minimum) of the order up front. The deposit amount (10%) is non-refundable.
  • Organise monthly automatic payments.
  • Call us any time to make extra payments.
  • All payment plans must be paid in full by the 5th of February 2027. Your card will automatically be charged if there is an outstanding balance to be paid at that date.

Do I need to set-up my own camping gear?
No, we set up what you've hired for you!
IS THE Port fairy showgrounds CAMPGROUND FAMILY FRIENDLY? ​
​Yes! The Port Fairy Showgrounds are designed for all ages. So bring along your family or your friends!
​What does 'quantity' refer to when I'm booking my package?
When you order, the quantity is the number of packages you're ordering. For example, the 2-person Glamping package sleeps 2 people. If you order 2x 2-person Glamping packages, you've ordered 2 Glamping tents, which will sleep a total of 4 people. ​
Where is the campsite located?
At the Port Fairy Showgrounds.
How far is the festival site?
​The Showgrounds are a medium walk or a short bus ride from the festival site. The (free) bus stops at the Showgrounds every 20-30 minutes, so it's close to everything you want to access! 
Where can I park?
​You can park within or around the Showgrounds.
I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE TENTS, ARE THESE EXACTLY WHAT WILL BE in port fairy WHEN I ARRIVE?
The images on this site represent what will be in Port Fairy but are not necessarily the exact tents that will be at the festival. The images include an accurate representation of what each package will include, except for the Glamping packages, some of which include extra items.​
What amenities are included?
Access to toilets and showers is included in every package.
CAN I do a PAYMENT PLAN?
​Yes! To help you out, we can set up a payment plan on all bookings above $500: see the information here.​
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Our terms and conditions are available here and at checkout. Keep in mind that this is only for the gear side of things and does not include the terms and conditions for the Port Fairy Showgrounds, which can be found here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Sometimes things happen which mean you can't make it to the festival anymore. It's sad, but we understand. If this happens, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. The following refunds apply:
  • Until 5/02/2027 - 95%
  • Between 5/02/2027 and 29/2/2027 - 70%
  • After 29/2/2027 - 0% as we'll already have incurred all associated costs
Is a bond required for my Booking?
​No, we don’t require a bond. Just that you look after the gear! 
Is there a processing and handling fee?
Who likes processing and handling fees? We don't! When you check out your cart, enter your credit card details, and you'll only be charged the amount shown in the cart. 
WHAT TIME DO I CHECK IN/OUT?
​Check-in is from 10am on Friday 5/03/2027, and checkout is by 10am on Monday 8/03/2027 (Labour Day).
What food is available?
A hearty breakfast is available on-site each morning to kick-start your day!
I'm coming with friends and would like to camp near them - how can i make sure we're close to each other?
Please make sure that your tents are on the same booking. Our team will do their best to have you situated close to each other - keep in mind that logistics can make this more challenging, particularly if you're booking different types of tents/packages etc.

In addition to 24-hour security, you'll also have access to complementary device charging - no photo should go untaken!
