We're excited to bring our Pre-Pitched tents and Hire Stall to NYE on the Hill in 2026!
Located on "The Hill" on "The Farm", close to Loch Village in South Gippsland, our Pre-Pitched offerings include 3 Glamping tiers - Classic, Deluxe and Presidential, as well as Tent Village packages. All packages come fully set up for you, ready and waiting when you arrive.
If a pre-pitched tent isn't your scene, or you're keen to add to it, our Hire Stall allows you to get your full kit, or just some bits and pieces - including if you realise when you arrive that you've left something at home! You'll collect your items from the Stall, set them up at your campsite and return them before you head home. You can check out the Hire Stall items below. We'll also have a range of camping gear available for purchase, as well as an on-site repair service.

There are a variety of payment options available for all bookings over $500.
Payment plans can include installment and layby options. Just give us a call and we'll figure out what's best for you.

- Pay 10% deposit (minimum) of the order up front. The deposit amount (10%) is non-refundable.
- Organise monthly automatic payments.
- Call us any time to make extra payments.
- All payment plans must be paid in full by the 30th of November 2026. Your card will automatically be charged if there is an outstanding balance to be paid at that date.

Do I need to set-up my own camping gear?
Anything booked as Pre-pitched (Tent Village and Glamping) will be set up for you, ready for you to arrive and settle in.
If you book items from the Hire Stall, you can collect them from us on-site and take them to the campsite you select.

I'm coming with friends and would like to camp near them - how can i make sure we're close to each other?
Please make sure that your pre-pitched tents are on the same booking. Our team will do their best to have you situated close to each other - keep in mind that logistics can make this more challenging, particularly if you're booking different types of tents/packages, etc.
If you're getting Hire Stall items, then you'll be able to choose which camp area you're in. Keep in mind that pre-pitch will likely be in a slightly separate area.

What does 'quantity' refer to when I'm booking my package?
When you order, the quantity is the number of packages you're ordering. For example, the 2-person Glamping package sleeps 2 people. If you order 2x 2-person Glamping packages, you've ordered 2 Glamping tents, which will sleep a total of 4 people.
Where is Pre-Pitched located?
You'll get directions to your tent when you arrive.
Is there a BOOKING / processing and handling fee?
Who likes processing and handling fees? We don't! When you check out your cart, enter your credit card details, and you'll only be charged the amount shown in the cart.
Where can I park?
You'll need to get a car pass from NOTH to bring your car. They also have bus tickets for travel to and from Southern Cross Station.
The car park will be near the entrance, with about a 300-500 metre walk to your campsite and a baggage transport option - see the NOTH FAQs.

I LOVE THE LOOK OF THE TENTS, ARE THESE EXACTLY WHAT WILL BE at NYE on the hill WHEN I ARRIVE?
The images on this site represent what will be at the festival but are not necessarily the exact tents. The images include an accurate representation of what each package will include, except for the Glamping packages, some of which include extra items.
What amenities are included?
Access to toilets and showers is included in your camping ticket.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
Our terms and conditions are available here and at checkout. Keep in mind that this is only for the gear side of things and does not include the terms and conditions for the Festival.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
Sometimes things happen which mean you can't make it to the festival anymore. It's sad, but we understand. If this happens, we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. The following refunds apply:
- Until 30/11/2026 - 95%
- Between 30/11/2026 and 23/12/2026 - 70%
- After 23/12/2026 - 0% as we'll already have incurred all associated costs
Is a bond required for my Booking?
No, we don’t require a bond. Just that you look after the gear!
