Camping hire at MEREDITH MUSIC FESTIVAL

​​Bookings are now live for 5/12-7/12/2025​
Wallaroo Camping Hire is excited to be bringing our hire equipment to MMF for 2025, meaning you can pick-up and return onsite!
Along with offering gear for hire, we'll also have a stall offering items for purchase and a gear repair service.
To get your camping gear, book below and we'll have it waiting for you to pick-up onsite when you arrive. You can then pick your campsite with your friends, and bring the gear back at the end of the weekend.
If you're unsure which gear is right for you, get in touch, and we'll help get you sorted.
Items are subject to availability, so we recommend getting booked ASAP!

onsite opening hours

​Thursday 4/12: 4pm - 6pm (Staff and volunteers only)
Friday 5/12: 8am - 9pm
Saturday 6/12: 10am - 5pm
Sunday 7/12: 9am - 5pm

HIRE

 1- Select dates (camping hire is available between Friday 5th - Sunday 7th of December, or from the 4th for staff/volunteers).
2- Select your items you would like to hire.
3- Make sure to select the option you want when selecting Airpole Tents, Luxe Sleep Package, and Basic Sleep Package.
4- Add items to cart.
5- Checkout your cart.

Please note that we'll have a limited range of items available to hire onsite, so we strongly recommend 
pre-booking to ensure that you get the items you're after!

Payment Plans

There are a variety of payment options available on all bookings over $250.
Payment plans can include installment and laybuy options, just give us a call and we'll figure out what's best for you.
To set-up a payment plan, contact us!

How they work:
  • Call us up, and we can take your booking over the phone
  • Pay 10% (minimum) of the order up front
  • Organise fortnightly or monthly automatic payments
  • Call us up at any time to make extra payments
  • All payment plans must be paid in full by the 4th of November, and your card will automatically be charged if there is an outstanding balance to be paid

FAQ

Where are you located?
We will be located in Top Camp - more details on exactly how to find us will be out a few days prior to the festival.
Do i need to set up my own gear?
Yes, any gear you hire you will need to set up yourself. We will have instructions available, and be able to offer help and advice on how to set-up and pack-up the gear.
When can i pickup and return gear?
Hire gear needs to be picked up and returned to our stall during the opening hours listed above.
Is a SECURITY deposit taken?
We don't take a deposit, however, we securely hold your card details from the time of booking as a security measure, in keeping with our terms and conditions. Should gear not be returned, or be damaged in a negligent manner, contact will be attempted before any charge is applied to your card. Returned gear will be assessed for damage within 4 weeks of you returning it.
IS THERE ANYTHING MORE I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PICKING UP MY GEAR?
Further information including a map will be sent out closer to the date. We suggest having access to your digital order confirmation for pick-up. Your order confirmation is sent to you at the time of booking.
IS THE GEAR BULKY? HOW WILL I MOVE IT TO MY CAMPSITE?
If you have booked a number of items but can't transport it to your site with a car, simply book a Camp Wagon to go along with it, and save yourself the pain!
What happens if i need to cancel?
Sometimes things happen which mean you can't make it anymore - it's sad, but we understand. If this happens we appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible. The following refunds can apply if needed:
  • Until 4/11/2025 - 95%
  • Between 4/11/2025 and 28/11/2025 - 70%
  • After 28/11/2025 - 0% as we'll already have incurred all associated costs
